BUYING TERMS & CONDITIONS

PAYMENTS

1.1 Payment window. We require payment within 7 days of the auction or sale ending. Please send cheques or postal orders immediately to ensure to get them to us on time. Failure to pay can result in unpaid item strikes and negative feedback, which cannot be removed.

1.2 Unpaid item process. Customers receive a winning bid email containing the payment due and all the information needed to pay immediately after the auction closes. After 3 days we may send a payment reminder. After 7 days a payment dispute is opened to resolve the issue of non-payment. Once 7 days have passed we may resell or relist any items which have not been paid for without notification.

1.3 Payment in full. We cannot release items unless they are paid for in full including any applicable collection charges, delivery charges or storage fees.

PAYMENT METHODS

PayPal. We prefer PayPal. We do not pass on PayPal fees to our customers.

Cash on Collection. We accept cash on collection within 7 days of the sale ending.

Bankers's drafts. We accept banker's drafts from a UK bank. UK bank Transfers. (BACS, CHAPS OR SWIFT.) Please contact us for our bank details.

Cheques or postal orders. Sterling cheques drawn on a UK bank account or UK postal orders made payable to SELLCO LTD and posted to our warehouse address. Please include details of the item you are paying for.

Credit cards. Please use your credit card to fund a PayPal payment. All payment should be made to: sellco100@aol.com

SHIPPING

2.1 Handling agent. Once we have accepted payment, the item is the property of the buying customer. All buying customers are invited to collect their items should they so wish. By selecting a shipping option and paying our postage & packing charges the customer appoints us as a handling agent.

2.2 Shipping agent. Customers can choose their own shipping agent. They are welcome to arrange shipping themselves if they do not wish to use our agent. In this case any associated collection fees apply and the customer is responsible for the packing and collection of their item by their appointed agent.

2.3 Loss or damage waiver. We are not liable for any loss or damage once your item has been transferred your or our shipping agent. Any loss or damage incurred during the shipping process is a matter between the customer and the shipping agent. We cannot make any claims on customer's behalf, but are happy to help/advise customers making claims against shipping agents. We are able to take out insurance on most items, this is optional.

2.4 Worldwide shipping. We are happy to ship Worldwide. The customer is responsible for any local taxes and import duties associated with shipping outside the Mainland UK.

2.5. Discount. When possible we will always provide a discount for the shipping of more than one item purchased from us to the same address.

2.6 All Shipping fees quoted are for Mainland UK Only (NOT INCLUDING HIGHLANDS AND OTHER REMOTE AREAS).

REMOTE AREAS

2.7 We can deliver to all areas but remote areas may require a longer shipping period and /or an additional shipping charge POST CODES CLASSED AS REMOTE TR, PL, TQ, EX, TA, SA, LD, SY, PG, TD, KA, ML, EH, G, FK, KY, PA, PH, DD, IV, AB, KW If you are outside of the UK Mainland OR in one of the above remote areas please contact us for a Shipping Quote prior to Bidding or Purchase of Item/s.

LARGE OR HEAVY ITEMS

Unless otherwise stated in our listing (Postage) Delivery can be arranged for £35. This is the cheapest available in the UK, or you can pick up the items personally. A pick up fee of £5 will be charged. All Shipping fees quoted are for Mainland UK Only (NOT INCLUDING HIGHLANDS AND OTHER REMOTE AREAS). If you are outside our shipping area or are a buyer from overseas please contact us for a Shipping Quote prior to Bidding or Purchase of Items.

DELIVERY OF ITEMS NORMALLY TAKES PLACE ON OR AROUND THE 15TH OF EACH MONTH AND AT THE END OF EACH MONTH. ORDERS PRIOR TO THE 15TH OF EACH MONTH WILL BE INCLUDED IN THE 15TH OF THE MONTH DELIVERY. ORDERS AFTER THE 15TH WILL BE INCLUDED IN THE END OF THE MONTH DELIVERY

COLLECTIONS

We need to charge a fee for collection as arranging and attending collections takes up staff time. We provide on-site parking & loading assistance. It does not include any packaging (time or materials). This also allows us to pass on a saving to you by dropping any shipping cost due. THE NORMAL MAXIMUM COLLECTION FEE IS £5

3.1 Collection window. You have 7 days from the end of the auction to collect you item(s).Please check the listing for details. If you fail to collect within 7 days your item may be resold or donated to charity.

3.2 Uncollected item process. Your eBay invoice contains all the information you need to arrange a collection. You will receive one reminder prior to the collection window expiring.

3.3 Storage penalties. We will ensure that your item is safely stored for 7 days after the auction closes. This is sufficient time to arrange collection. Should we agree to hold your item longer (see 3.1) we will charge storage costs of £28 per item per week (or part thereof) after this time. Auctions consisting of multiple parts will incur multiple storage charges.

3.4 Collection arrangements. We need a minimum of 24hrs notice. Collection time in normal office hours 0900- 1800 Mon - Fri. from our depot at:

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

In the unlikely event there is a problem with your item we are always happy to investigate and resolve issues. We are polite and courteous and we ask that our customers treat us in the same way. We have a generous returns and refunds policy. Please do not leave feedback until you have given us the opportunity to resolve the issues, leaving feedback prior to contacting us may prejudice your claim:

4.1 14-day limit. Any claims for returns & refunds must be made within 14 days of receipt and prior to feedback being left.

4.2 Material difference. Refunds can only be processed where an item, on leaving our warehouse, materially differs from that outlined in our listing. By "material difference" we mean a clear listing error, or misrepresentation, which in our opinion materially affects the item's value. Loss or damage during shipping is not grounds for a refund from SELLCO (see 2.3).

4.3 Refund process. Refunds are only issued once an item has been returned and checked against the claim. Where we have made an error, we will process a full refund. We may choose to pay your return postage costs but we are not obliged to do this. We will only refund return postage charges authorised by us. Items should be returned using the packing materials in which they were sent.

4.4 Items not returnable. If an item is returned without appropriate grounds, we are not obliged to give a refund. In the event we refuse a refund, the customer must pay a further postage charge if they wish to have the item back. Failure to pay this charge within 7 days may result in the item being resold to cover our costs.

4.5 Our liability. Without exception, our liability to the customer is strictly limited to the price paid for the item.
