The event can be, for example, a Coffee Morning or a Charity Evening where we invite supporters to your premises to bring items they wish to donate, we will take details and produce an inventory of the items handed over, then take them away and list them on Ebay. Once sold we will issue you with a cheque for the funds raised.

You can also raise funds for your charity or good cause by encouraging your supporters to sell items on eBay through us and then give all or part of the proceeds to charity. Or supporters can donate a proportion of the sale value to you and keep the rest of the money themselves. We have flexible processes in place to support either approach.
It requires little or no work, time or effort from you or your organisation as we will handle it all.

This is all you need to do:
• Set up an account with us and ask your supporters to donate unwanted items to you via us.
We will pick up the Items, or they can drop them off. They tell us which charity they are donating the items to and we do the rest.
• We sell the items on eBay in the ususal way
• We send you a cheque when the items sell and send a thankyou letter to the Supporter or donatee informing them of the amount they have raised.
The item will be advertised in the Auction as 'Fundraising for Charity' thus appealing to the more benevolent bidder which will encourage them to bid higher as they are aware that the proceeds are donated to Charity.
